  Good selection of foods, ideal if you don't want to fight your way through a bigger supermarket. Downside - definitely higher prices. If you're just passing on the way to or from Glenorra Ferry it's a good place to grab a quick meal/snack.

  Shell's Market is what a great neighbourhood grocery store should be. The shelves are stocked with a large selection of locally produced food and baked goods, a great meat counter, a warm food counter, hard to find items like sugar free ice cream, and someone clearly takes care of the fruits and vegetables with love. There's coffee available at the front cash, and even mini shopping carts for the little ones to help out. Prices are average, rising to higher end for the more interesting cuts of meat, yet it's a delight to be offered more interesting and treat-worthy options. Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The store isn't huge, but it really has everything you need - it's small and mighty.
